  1. What about one hour weekly staff meetings where there are no decisions or assignments? are you suggesting they are a waste of time?

    • Not necessarily, Marv. We have weekly staff meetings too, and SOMETHING gets decided at just about each of them. Hard to imagine no decisions or assignments at all come out of any busy contractor’s meetings…
