Your Blogs are always on the money. Really good information and suggestions. I feel I am cheating getting all of this free. Many years ago I read a Chamber of Commerce study that said money was 5th on the needs list and #1 was “Being in the know” which says what Mckinsey says in a different way.
Thank You
Nice blog, Wayne! I’ve seen you work your magic in hiring talent here at FBI, and the time you invest bringing in the right people makes all the difference.

Very helpful. Interviewing a possible new PM next week. Your comments showed me where I am both on target and off with my hiring/interviwing process

A timely piece, to remind us of why we do what we do.
However, I did notice the subtle hire ask at the 4:35 mark, along with a plug for FBI. Good job of working that angle!!
Lastly, if you were the best tennis player on a tennis team; Dennis Engelbrecht must not have been on your team!!

Thanks Wayne for this week’s topic. From someone going from a large corporate company to a small family business your points are spot on 100%!!
Wayne Rivers says:
Good luck in your new venture, Jon!
