PCA’s Doug McCright and Wayne were visiting with a very successful mechanical contractor who surprised them with a question no one else had asked Doug in his 12 years as a consultant. Before PCA, Doug had worked for several enterprises and scaled them over a period of years. Without going into too much detail, let’s just say he left them in much better condition that he found them. The surprise question was: “How did you exit the companies YOU Built, Doug?” Did Doug have an answer? You bet he did!
