I agree with you on most of your points. Around our office there is much to be learned by young PM’s by being able to knock on my door and pick my brain or the president of our company. Also conversation around the coffee pot can go a long way to educating the next gens.

Hmmmm. You did not mention building culture and teamwork…with the work at home reality….
Both are very hard to build when there are no face to face interactions…no casual interactions. All business results.
There is more here than meets the eye.

Agree it is a new tool in the tool box, and we accelerated this trend due to the pandemic But… Our kids do better in person and most agree it is important they get back to school. Are we not all big kids and wouldn’t the same be true for us returning to work?

Interesting way to look at it, Tye. I can’t speak for everyone, but I’m 60 going on 18 if you know what I mean! I definitely prefer to be in the office. Others… not so much.
