There are many factors that result in success or failure of a business, but the one thing that sets a business ahead of its competitors is the quality of its people. Listen to our blog this week as Wayne references “The History of the Eagles” and shares the key to growing a successful business and sustaining it.
We’d love to hear your thoughts and comments.

Wayne, excellent and all so true….
Ted Clark says:
Wayne – spot on.
If you’re a fan of the Eagles, you should watch The History of the Eagles. (I’m not a big fan but I loved it.)
If you’re in a family business, you should watch The History of the Eagles.
Great lessons for all connected to family businesses.
Wayne Rivers says:
I thought so too, Ted. Thanks

Wayne, enjoyed this one more than most! Another great band song line from Zepplin’s Stairway to Heaven: “Yes, there are two paths you can go by, but in the long run, there’s still time to change the road you’re on”. Seems interrelated as you are talking about making tough decisions ie change and for that we have time however we procrastinate on such things. Thanks again

Good one, Steve. Rush has a lyric about last week’s blog… something like “if you choose not to decide you still have made a choice.” Maybe we should find lyrics pertinent to all blogs from now on!

Excellent advice. I have only recently started listening, for which I wonder how much I have missed out on. NOT moving forward!

Glad you liked it, Jay
