In April, the Harvard Business Review featured an article by Tim Ryan discussing the results of PWC’s 27th annual Global CEO Survey. The poll revealed a shocking opinion: almost HALF the CEO respondents said they don’t think their companies WILL SURVIVE THE COMING DECADE if they remain on their current paths! That’s some arresting opinion, is it not?
Please tune in this week as Wayne discusses why being a leader is uniquely difficult today, what may be behind the survey results, and offers three tips to help you make sure your company is viable in the coming decade and beyond. What do you think? Are these global CEOs on to something, or are they pushing the panic button prematurely? Please share your viewpoint in the comments section.
