What’s Your Differentiator?

Being the lowest price provider is a differentiator, but it is hardly the preferred means for getting ahead. Jim Collins asked the question: “At what can you be the very best?” If you add the passion component and give genuine reflection answering those two questions, there is almost certainly a way for you to stand out among the construction crowd.
