Good topic, Wayne. No question that successful leaders today have to make decisions and drive results. I think the soft skills in today’s woke environment are overemphasized.
On another note – I was on a Skype call recently, and there was a guy on the other end with a live background of palm trees blowing in the wind at the beach. May not be a bad idea for FBI.
