If you haven’t read this terrific book by Daniel J. Brown or seen the movie it spawned, you owe it to yourself to do so. What does a tale of college kids rowing a funny looking boat in college and eventually in the Olympics have to do with construction, you ask? Plenty! The story is all about forming and inspiring the best team and unleashing them to be much better and more significant than anyone could’ve hoped to be on one’s own!

Please tune in this week as Wayne reviews the remarkable story of young people formed during the challenges of The Great Depression and how through grit, hard work, and positive attitudes they became the very best in the world. Have you read the book or seen the movie? What did you take away? Please share with us in the comments.
