Thanks Dennis, well done! The theory and math makes a lot of sense. I think that we’ve touched on this idea at a past roundtable meeting. What do you suggest for those of us who do not get results of bidding? We most often do not know how our bids stack up against our competitors. Are we out of luck altogether?
