As part of PCA’s new branding and website, we have introduced an amazing, powerful self-diagnostic tool. Our experts put together a complimentary survey “20 Questions Every Contractor Should Answer”. The questions are penetrating and insightful, and the tool is FREE for your use (if you want our help, we will provide it, but that’s not a requirement at all). The questions touch on just about every aspect of your organization’s health and well-being.

What’s the best way to use this assessment? Don’t just fill it out all by your lonesome; instead, have all your senior leaders complete it independently. Then meet together to discuss your findings. You can learn from similar answers to the queries, but you may learn a great deal more from where you have different viewpoints. Get the benefit of the thinking of your best minds, and use this tool to propel your team’s growth and development.

We’d like to have your feedback. How might we make this even more useful? How else might a contractor use it in ways we haven’t foreseen? We think this is a great, free assessment, but it’s more important to know what our members think. Please let us know your opinions. Thank you.

This is the last week to register for the upcoming Contractor Business Boot Camp class starting on August 8 in Denver. Invest in your rising leaders and equip them with the strategic mindset necessary to steer the construction business towards sustainable growth amidst evolving market dynamics. Enroll them NOW in this one-of-a-kind leadership development program. Contact Charlotte at ckopp3@performanceconstruction.com to find out more.
