Dr. Peter Attia has written a remarkable book: Outlive – The Science and Art of Longevity. We all want to live long, healthy, productive lives, but there is no owner’s manual for how to do that. Well, now there is – at least in a manner of speaking. This book is well worth your time and effort.

Please tune in this week as Wayne relates Attia’s descriptions of Medicine 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0. He also describes Attia’s introduction of a new term to replace lifespan – “Healthspan” – as well as his recommendations for the top four contributors to healthspan. Have you also read this excellent book? Please email us your thoughts about where Attia is right on as well as where the book may have fallen short at wrivers@performanceconstruction.com
